A very hearty second course is sure to please your whole family! Roast is a very simple homemade dish of their beef. I read this recipe in one of the Belarusian magazines. Beef cooked in this way turned out to be very tasty, and most importantly soft.

Take a piece of meat and first of all clean it from the veins. Cut it into small slices. Each slice should weigh about 100 grams. These two slices will go for one serving. Salt them, if you like, then pepper them, and fry them in vegetable oil in a heated frying pan. next, wash, peel and dice the onion and carrot. Then we begin to fry them. First, we throw onions into the pan. As soon as it becomes transparent, add carrots to it. Make a small fire and fry them for about 20 minutes. Boil the forest mushrooms. We cut them and fry them too. After that, we wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. It is also fried in a frying pan, but very little. Add a little salt to the vegetables.
We take clay pots. If there are no such, then a pot with a thick bottom. We put meat and vegetables in the prepared container. Take a tablespoon of flour and pass it in a frying pan until it turns brown. Flour is diluted with mushroom broth and sour cream. This sauce is poured over meat and fried vegetables. We close the container with a lid and put it in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve such food to the table with herbs, for example, dill and parsley. You can eat fried meat with pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, sauerkraut.
