Potato babka

A wonderful dish is sure to please the whole family! I learned this recipe from my grandmother. She often cooked potato grandmother in the oven even before she moved to the city. I was still very young then. But I remember that the potato grandmother is the most delicious only in the oven. At home I cook it in the oven. My family loves her very much. It's a simple but satisfying meal. It would seem that it's just some kind of potato, and what miracles are obtained from it. Potato babka is a food that both adults and children will like.

At the very beginning of the preparation of this culinary recipe, we take lard and onions. We cut both in small squares. We put a frying pan on the fire and warm it up to the maximum. We spread lard and onions on it. It should be very well fried. At the very end, salt the lard and add pepper to taste.
Let's get down to potatoes. To begin with, it needs to be washed and cleaned. Next, take a fine grater and rub the potatoes on it. You can use a combine harvester for this purpose.
Add flour, sour cream, eggs and salt to the potatoes. It is necessary to mix everything well and only after that add lard and onion to it. We're interfering again. Put the resulting mass into pots and put it to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.
My grandmother served such a second course with sour cream or machanka. They washed it down with milk.
