Roll with varenka in glaze

An unusually delicious dessert in case the guests are nearby, but there is nothing. Previously, there were many recipes from the series "guests came unexpectedly" and it always turned out that there were no treats at home at that very moment. "An uninvited guest is worse than a Tatar," people said, but in fact they began to collect food on the table in a hurry from old stocks. Now we rarely come to friends or relatives unexpectedly – most have mobile phones and, in order not to embarrass loved ones, of course, it is better to warn about your visit. So, if there is a desire to meet the guests properly and not run out of strength at all for their arrival, after standing at the stove all day, I offer an inexpensive, fast and very tasty culinary recipe for a Roll "In a hurry".

To do this, sift the flour and mix with baking powder. Melt the butter or margarine and cool it a little. Beat the eggs with sugar until you get a fluffy white cloud of mass. Now, continuing to beat, gradually introduce condensed milk, pour flour with baking powder, pour melted butter into the dough and mix well. Now, on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or greased with oil, you need to pour out the resulting dough and smooth it out. You need to do all this carefully and quickly so that the dough remains lush, and the roll turns out to be tender.
Now bake the cake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. When the household comes to the kitchen from different rooms with questions about the source of the fabulous aromas floating around the apartment, pull out the baking tray with the baked cake and while it is hot, immediately lubricate it with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Then we quickly roll the cake into a roll and let it cool down. Well, now, let's prepare a nice outfit for our roll – a delicious chocolate glaze. First, melt the chocolate in a water bath, after breaking it into pieces, add milk, butter and mix well.
The resulting glaze should be cooled to body temperature,
grease the roll with it and decorate the roll with walnuts. With such an easy and quick recipe, the probability of a repeat visit of guests will increase significantly!
