Lazy khachapuri with cheese and herbs

An unusual breakfast will delight you and your loved one! This culinary recipe helps me out when I want to cook myself and my loved one a delicious and unusual breakfast, but there is almost nothing in the refrigerator and it's lazy to go to the store. That's why they are lazy khachapuri! You don't have to bother with the dough, you don't even need an oven! Absolutely any cheese that you don't like will do: the remains of Russian, Dutch, Poshekhonsky or suluguni ... it is not only possible to experiment here, but also necessary! For some reason, lazy khachapuri is best made from slightly dried cheese, but you can buy fresh cheese for the sake of such a thing.

Put a frying pan on low heat, lightly lubricate it with butter or pour vegetable oil. We rub the cheese sentenced to execution on a coarse grater, put it in a deep bowl, pour kefir or sour cream into a bowl, break the eggs there. Stir, gradually adding flour, until the dough becomes homogeneous and viscous, but not too thick. The dough should stick to the spoon. In this recipe, it is better not to add flour than to shift it!
Quickly spread our cheese dough on a preheated frying pan, spreading it with a spoon over the entire surface, like a thick large pancake. If you used unleavened cheese for the dough, khachapuri should be lightly salted. Then we generously sprinkle the dough with herbs, cover it with a lid and wait for a few minutes until a tantalizing aroma appears. The result is a golden tortilla with a crispy crust on the bottom and melted cheese on top. It needs to be cut urgently, put on plates and start eating!
Lazy khachapuri tastes best hot. I remember in my student dormitory, this fast food was considered almost a delicacy…
