Cottage cheese pudding with black currant

Wonderful, surprisingly tender pudding! Children will be delighted! Oh, summer is a time of abundance. Fresh fruits and berries are always present on our tables. You can just eat them, and it's best to make a delicious and healthy excellent dessert from German cuisine from them. Cottage cheese pudding with black currant is a culinary recipe for little sweetmeats, which my children also like very much. Also, this food is a great idea for a proper breakfast.

To begin, separate the yolks from the whites. Using a blender, mix semolina, granulated sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth. Separately, beat the egg whites until foam forms. Then carefully introduce the whipped whites into the curd mixture and mix everything.

Put the resulting mass in a greased baking dish. Bake the pudding in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

The baking time is approximately 30 minutes. Our blackcurrant pie is ready! Extraordinary yummy!

Instead of currants, you can add any seasonal berries. Experiment with flavors, children will like it!
