Cake "Darkie" is a very satisfying cake for a sweet tooth. A nice feature of this culinary recipe is that it is easy and quick to prepare.
So, we dilute the dough. It is very convenient to breed in two cups at once (we will need exactly 2 cakes), but if your natural laziness does not allow you to dirty a lot of dishes and beat eggs twice (this is, as you know, the most difficult thing in making cakes!), you can just gently divide the dough into 2 parts.
Consider an option for the lazy) When all the ingredients are mixed at once in one cup.
Separating the yolk from the protein. Beat the yolk well with sugar, leave until completely dissolved. Whisk the protein to a white foam. Melt butter or margarine in a cup, pour into the yolk with sugar. In the same mass, add honey, soda slaked with vinegar, starch diluted in sour cream. Starch must be diluted with sour cream, so that the baking is not only airy, but also tender. Add flour and beat the dough well. So that it bubbles. And very carefully add the foam from the proteins! The dough is ready. Bake two cakes.
Pull out the cake, quickly, while it is very hot, pierce it with a fork, pour half a can of condensed milk. Half is very conditional, you will see for yourself when the cake stops absorbing the impregnation.
We do the same with the second cake.
We spread finely chopped prunes on the first cake. And the most difficult stage of cooking comes. It is necessary to turn the second cake onto the first one. Face to face... It's not that easy)) I can advise you to put the second cake on the table right away, and during the flipping, imagine yourself as a tennis player and wield the board like a racket :)
That's it! Incredibly delicious food is ready. It remains only to decorate. Decoration options, as you know, are a great many. My option: melt 1 chocolate bar and pour it over the cake. Freeze the second tile thoroughly in the freezer and grate on a coarse grater on top.
And it's very easy to make roses out of Frutella candies :)
Bon appetit!!
