    Three cheese on a coarse grater, garlic is passed through the press. In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat, cheese (150 grams), garlic, add ground red pepper and salt, beat in the egg and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. We leave the minced meat for half an hour.

    Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, form balls from the minced meat and put them in the mold. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
