It's very simple to cook such cutlets:

1. Wash the rice and cook until cooked for 35 minutes (after boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum).
2. Mix together canned tuna (without excess moisture), eggs and chopped greens.
3. Add boiled rice to the fish mixture, put salt and pepper in the same place. Mix it up.
4. Form cutlets and bake them for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees on a greased baking sheet or in a mold.
