Rub the cottage cheese through a strainer, then add vegetable oil to it, pour semolina, soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Separately, whisk the egg with sugar with a whisk and also add the resulting mass to the cottage cheese. Thoroughly wash the pitted raisins, after steaming it in boiling water, keep it for five minutes. Drain the water, throw the raisins into a colander, let it drain. Then we dry it and put it in the curd mixture. Mix well. We take any convenient form, smear it with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the mass of cottage cheese. The surface is leveled, and then smeared with sour cream. We put it in a preheated oven for half an hour. Our delicious food should be covered with a ruddy crust.
