My brother is a fisherman. Recently, he brought my husband and me a small carp, from which I decided to cook such a meal as a carp baked in the oven. This dish is very satisfying and delicious, no one at home remained indifferent. And now I will share with you this culinary recipe. We begin the preparation of this dish by washing, peeling potatoes, sweet peppers and onions. Then we cut the prepared potatoes with thin plastics, sweet pepper rings, onions with thin half rings or rings (if the onion is small). After that, we take the carp, clean it, gut it, cut off the head, wash it thoroughly, rub it thoroughly with salt and pepper inside and out. Now we stuff the fish with onions and sweet pepper and put it on a greased baking sheet. We put potatoes and sweet peppers around the fish. The whole mass is again salted and peppered. After that, we put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for about an hour and a half. After this time, the fish is ready and it can be served to the table.
