This cooking recipe involves soaking chicken in marinade. At the same time, the food will become more tender and juicy. To prepare the marinade, we mix crushed ginger, garlic cloves, ground black pepper and other spices in soy sauce, you can add a little salt. Soak the chicken in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
Potatoes, carrots and other vegetables will be cut into cubes, salt and pepper to taste and put in a form in which we will bake. Next, we dilute sour cream with 2-3 tablespoons of water and squeeze out a couple of cloves of garlic. Fill our mold with this mixture, and put the chicken on top and cover with foil.
At a temperature of 220 degrees, we wait about 40 minutes, then remove the foil. To make the food taste even more interesting, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another half hour.
