Quick aspic cake on kefir. Very tasty! Aspic pie with pears on kefir is a great alternative to charlotte. Sour, with a lush sweet dough. And it is being prepared in two counts.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Wash the pears and remove the core. Cut the pears into pieces of the desired size. Sift the flour. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
2. In a dough bowl, whisk a little sugar and eggs.
3. Add kefir, odorless sunflower oil and vanilla sugar to the eggs with sugar. Mix everything well.
4. Add the sifted flour to the liquid mixture in portions and mix until smooth. Bring the dough to a state of thick sour cream.
5. When the dough is almost ready, add the baking powder and mix.
6. Grease the cake pan with butter. Pour the dough into the mold.
7. Put the pears on the dough.
8. Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a toothpick. Near the pears, the dough may be wet, so check in the center, away from the fruit.
Cool down, you can sprinkle with powder.
Enjoy!
