A very beautiful cake Day and night, the recipe of which I wrote down in my notebook when I was still at school. My girlfriends and I used to bake it very often, especially for all kinds of parties. I recommend it as a delicious and easy-to-prepare dessert for various holidays.

First, properly beat the chicken eggs taken directly from the refrigerator (to beat better, they should be cold). Then pour sugar into them. We put sour cream and flour. Last of all, add soda slaked in citric acid or vinegar. Knead a homogeneous dough. We divide the dough into two parts, in one of which we put cocoa powder. We bake the cakes separately: we will get one white – it will be day, the second – dark, which will mean night. We cut each cake in half to end up with four cakes. Now we just alternate colors and soak the cakes with cream. To make the food more festive, I personally poured white and dark chocolate on top of the cake.

Cream: whisk butter with condensed milk.
