Let's start cooking it with the dough. To do this, take 100 grams of butter and rub it thoroughly. Then, continuing to grind, add 180 grams of sugar. In another bowl, whisk 5 eggs with sugar in a size of 180 grams too. As soon as you do this, mix the contents of the two containers together. Next, take sour cream and add soda or baking powder to it, mix well and pour sour cream into the first base of the future pie. Next, very carefully, add flour in small portions. Now the most important thing. Divide the dough into two equal parts and add cocoa to one of them and stir. Then take your favorite baking dish, grease it with butter. We put in it alternately two spoons of light dough, then two spoons of dark dough. After everything is laid out, put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. If you like chocolate, then pour the finished cake with chocolate fudge. You can decorate it with nuts, raisins. Wow, how delicious! Already, my mouth watered. This is not food, but a gift from the Gods for sweetmeats.
Bon appetit!
