    So, we cut the washed mushrooms into thin plates. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We defrost the spinach - I already have it cut into pieces.

    Melt butter in a frying pan. Spread the onion and fry it while stirring over medium heat until soft.

    Add the mushrooms to the onion, mix and fry a little more.

    When the mixture is almost ready, add the chopped spinach and wait until it softens slightly.

    At this moment, pour the cream and mix thoroughly all the resulting mixture.

    Add salt and pepper to your taste - I like it sharper. At the end, add the cheese. After thoroughly mixing everything, leave the sauce to infuse under a closed lid.

    Boil the spaghetti in salted water, following the instructions on the package. It is important not to digest. Then we throw it into a colander and rinse, let the water drain. You can use spaghetti from durum wheat.
