Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Wash and peel the onion, then cut into half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly. Cut the champignons into small pieces and fry together with the onion until the moisture evaporates. We won't salt anything yet. Boil the potatoes, drain the water from them.after that, we knead it with a tolkushka. We heat the cream in the microwave to a hot state and gradually add it to the potatoes. And we continue to work as a pusher. We need to achieve the consistency that we can then spread on the cakes. It is not necessary that the potatoes become liquid. Therefore, everyone can have cream in different quantities. It also depends on the size of the potatoes.
Add fried onions and mushrooms to the potatoes and mix, add finely chopped greens (I had frozen). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Defrost the dough ( purchased from me ) and roll it out with a rolling pin ( sprinkled with flour , so that it does not stick ) approximately 3 mm thick. And divide into 4 equal pieces (I had 2 plates of dough, I divided each in half, so the cake turned out to be rectangular, not square). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. After that, bake each cake on parchment paper until golden brown. And while the cakes are being baked, we rub the cheese on a coarse grater. After all the cakes are baked, we will begin the formation of our future cake.
Spread a layer of potatoes with mushrooms on each cake, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. The last cake is simply sprinkled with cheese. Then we send the cake back to the oven to melt the cheese. At this stage, our stunningly delicious and tender layer cake (cake) is ready. It remains only to cut into pieces, treat your loved ones and of course yourself, and enjoy this nutritious cake. By the way, when cooled down, even the next day, it remains the same delicious and is eaten with hot tea with a BANG) Bon appetit to all friends). Live a delicious and varied life, and I will try to please you with even more delicious and beautiful dishes.
