Salad with chicken breast and tomatoes

Bright tomato and chicken salad with cheese and herbs. A very successful combination of products. The salad is incredibly delicious and fragrant, thanks to a bouquet of fresh herbs and a small amount of garlic. The salad is seasoned with unrefined sunflower oil – no mayonnaise. Despite the abundance of tomatoes, the salad does not flow, it can be safely left in the refrigerator for tomorrow, especially if laid in layers, as in the recipe. For an autumn feast – excellent cold.

The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).

Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
