Lazy baklava from lavash

A very simple and delicious recipe for lavash sweets. An easy-to-follow recipe for pakhvala. Which also does not require huge costs, because all you need is pita bread, honey and nuts! Just one, two, three!

Chop the nuts and mix them together with sugar. Put 2 sheets of lavash in a greased form. Lubricate each of them with plenty of oil. Sprinkle a mixture of nuts and sugar on top. Cover with pita bread and oil again. Repeat the layers until the last layer remains of the pita bread. Lubricate the top layer with the remaining oil and yolk. Bake for about 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan, cook over low heat. Let cool. Cut the pakhvalu into pieces and pour copiously with the cooled syrup.
