Homemade bagels with raisins

Homemade Bagels are soft, fragrant, with a crispy crust! Sometimes I want something unusual for tea, something that we don't eat every day. Prepare the bagels and your house will be filled with a wonderful aroma that will gather everyone in the kitchen long before they are ready! And how good they are hot and with cold milk ! If they stay until morning - a wonderful breakfast with coffee and a snack for work or children to school. Of course, you can buy ready-made, but the taste is not the same!
