Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

In a bowl, add yeast, sugar 1 tbsp. l., flour 0.5 tsp. and warm milk. Mix everything so that there are no lumps. Put the resulting sourdough in a warm place to approach. Cover the top with a napkin. When the sourdough has a cap, the yeast has been activated, you can work with them.
Separately beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. Melt the butter. Mix warm melted butter with eggs and sourdough, mix. Gradually pour in the flour, which is better to sift in advance. Knead the dough and remove it to rise in a warm place for half an hour.
Our buns will be in the form of spikelets. It's beautiful and quite simple. First, roll out a piece of dough into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick. Mentally divide the rectangle into 3 parts along. There will be condensed milk in the center, and cut both edges into strips, then just braid them with a pigtail, superimposing each other on top of the filling in the center. It will turn out such a Christmas tree. Pinch the bun at the bottom so that the filling does not leak out.
Visually divide into three parts vertically and make cuts on both sides with a "herringbone", strips of 0.5-1 cm, do not touch the middle – we will put the filling there. Instead of the usual condensed milk, you can take boiled.
Put the buns on parchment, preheat the oven to 180-200C, bake for 25 minutes. Then grease the buns with egg and brown them until they are ready.
