Cabbage has never been so juicy! Try and make sure! Ease of preparation I really like to cook hot dishes from sauerkraut, because I don't really like it as it is. I suggest you cook baked sauerkraut.

There is absolutely nothing complicated in this recipe for sauerkraut.
Sauerkraut together with juice and 1.5 tablespoons of butter is stewed until soft on the stove.
Prepared (washed and soaked) boil the rice in lightly salted water, sprinkle with chopped cheese on top, add chopped herbs and ground pepper.
By the way, you can take any greens. Parsley is best, but I don't really like it, so most often I take dill.
Half of the whole stewed sauerkraut is spread in an oiled baking dish.
We spread the cooked rice on the cabbage.
Cover the rice with the remains of sauerkraut and pour a mixture of beaten eggs and milk.
Bake the total mass in a preheated oven until a ruddy crust forms.
Baked sauerkraut should be served hot on the table as an independent dish, or as a side dish to fish or meat.
