Dissolve sugar and yeast in 100 grams of warm milk. Let the yeast come up with a small cap.
Add the remaining warm milk, salt and 500 g of flour to the yeast. Knead. It will turn out a sticky dough.
Add vegetable oil and mix it well into the dough.
Add the remaining flour. Finally knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Tear off small pieces from the dough. Make a small thin cake from a piece with your hands. Grease it with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Roll the tortilla into a roll, slightly stretching it in length, twist it into a spiral and connect both ends, forming a circle.
Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Let the buns come up, grease with beaten egg, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
