Mix all the ingredients and form with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 gr.

Prepare the second layer, beat the mass with a mixer and put it on the first one. Bake again in the oven for 15 minutes.

Beat the proteins with sugar into a foam and cover the curd layer with this mass. Bake in the oven for another 15 minutes.
