Wonderful cookies! The combination of meringue with almonds is simply incomparable! Ease of preparation and taste. This is an Italian Amaretti meringue cookie with almonds. I love meringue in principle, but with almonds - absolutely incomparable.

Lightly fry almonds in a dry frying pan, chop in a blender.

Beat egg whites into a strong foam, add sugar in parts. Beat it up. Add lemon juice or vinegar.

Add chopped almonds.
Put the resulting protein mass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put an almond nut on each cookie.
Put the cookies in a preheated oven to 150 degrees, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees.

Bake for 90 minutes.
