Vanilla cheesecake

Another insanely delicious variation of cheesecake. It's worth a try! Not long ago, no one knew what kind of food it was, cheesecake. She came to us from Greece, and now this dish can be prepared by anyone who wants, according to their own recipe or borrowed. As far as experience tells me, the most delicious and simple kind of this delicacy is vanilla cheesecake.

Finely crumble the cookies, mix the crumbs with butter and vanilla sugar. The baking dish is lined with tracing paper and smeared with oil. The resulting mass will be laid out in an even layer, making a thin side and put in the refrigerator.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the cottage cheese with 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, add the yolk, cottage cheese and tsp lemon juice – you should get a lush mixture without lumps.
Beat the proteins with the remaining sugar and add the curd mixture here, mixing well.

Separately mix the baking powder with semolina and pudding mixture, and add the mixture to the curd mass, mixing everything again. Put everything in a mold, and bake for half an hour in the oven at t = 180C.

Mix sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and smear the resulting pie with the mixture. Put it in the oven for 3-5 minutes, and then turn it off, leaving the pie there for 10-15 minutes.
