Cake with blackberries and cottage cheese made of rich yeast dough

Sweet tooth will appreciate! A simple recipe for a special treat! To someone, a blackberry pie may not seem so attractive in appearance, personally I prefer to do it this way, but otherwise it is more than pleasant to eat. The tea is just fabulously good, no worse than any other pie.

For this culinary recipe, it's good if the blackberries are fresh. Then it will need to be washed and allowed to dry. In a blackberry pie made of yeast dough, the flavors of blackberry berries, vanilla and cottage cheese are very successfully combined. Since this is my favorite berry, I have always been very interested in various options for cooking using blackberries.
In this recipe, the basis of the pie is yeast dough.
Knead the dough from the ingredients listed in the "Dough" section. After kneading, he needs to come up. Thirty minutes, if the milk is warm.
Grease the baking sheet with oil. And roll out the dough on it. Spread the berries on top of the dough.
In eggs, we separate the yolks from the whites.
Mix cottage cheese with yolks, add cream, sugar, pudding powder.
Whisk the whites first to a steep foam and combine with cottage cheese.
And then we spread the mass on the berries and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
At 180 degrees in the oven, the pie will bake for about 1 hour.
Mix cinnamon with powdered sugar and sprinkle the finished cake with this mixture.
