First you need to wash the apples, cut them into 2 parts and remove the cores. After that, put them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until ready. Don't forget to pour some water into the baking tray.
After the apples are baked, let them cool down a little, and then rub through a fine sieve.
Add sugar to the resulting puree. Then cook this porridge over low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Mmm, the food is already delicious. But, wait just a little more.
Next, pour the egg whites whipped into a foam into the hot apple mixture. Stir intensively with a whisk.
Take a baking dish, grease it with oil, lay out your souffle with a slide (it will be more beautiful this way). Bake at a temperature of no more than 200 degrees until a beautiful golden hue appears.
Cool the finished souffle, and sprinkle with snow-white powdered sugar just before serving. Serve with milk or cream.
And accept generous compliments, because such an apple souffle is a real masterpiece of cooking! Simple and incredibly delicious!
