So, to begin with, we melt sugar in a small amount of water, then add honey, spices and oil to it, heat our mass.

Then we cool it. After that, sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and salt. Now pour the prepared flour into a bowl, pour chicken eggs, cold syrup into it, pour spices, mix everything.

Then we shift the resulting dough onto a floured table and knead the dough. Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3-5 mm. Now, with the help of molds, we cut out cakes. Now we spread the cookies on a greased baking sheet and put them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Cookies can optionally be painted with icing sugar. How to do it: beat 2 proteins to a stable foam, gradually pour 300 g of powdered sugar, continue to beat until stable. After that, apply the glaze on the cookies and let it dry. It is best to draw patterns.
