The principle of cooking such buns are very similar to pies, one difference is more dough, which means it will last for a long time.
Knead the usual yeast dough from products: flour, yeast, water, salt and mayonnaise. We put it in the heat under a towel. And we're waiting for it to come up.
There is time to prepare the filling. We wash the rice and boil it in salted water, drain the water. Separately cook three eggs. We cool them and finely chop them. Combine rice with egg and finely chopped green onions.
We form round buns from the dough, fill them with stuffing. We heat the oven well, take out the baking sheet, grease it with any fat and spread the rolls. Decorate the tops with beaten egg, wait for 15 minutes and bake.
After 20 minutes, you can call the guys.
