Peel the fish and cut it into pieces, add salt, pepper and put it on foil. Next, put carrots, onions, pepper, parsley, bay leaf on the foil, which we previously chopped and salted. Next, wrap the foil and tie it with a thread, transfer it to a baking sheet and put it to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Lightly clean the flounder. We put a little mayonnaise on a piece of food foil and smear it according to the size of the flounder. Put the flounder belly up, smear with mayonnaise, and put tomatoes on top, pre-cut into circles, onion, cut into rings, and all this is filled with mayonnaise residues, wrapped in foil and put to bake in the oven on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove the resulting flounder from the oven, put it on a platter, remove the top of the foil and proceed to the meal.
Let's take a fat fresh mackerel. We will clean the entrails (we leave the head, and take out the gills). Next, finely chop the parsley, green onion, garlic, cut lemon into slices. Take the prepared fish, salt it, pepper it, and put lemon and herbs in the abdomen. Wrap the fish in foil seam up and put it in a preheated oven, the temperature of which is 220-250 ° C for 30 minutes.
The food is ready to eat! I wish you a pleasant appetite!
