Cottage cheese puff pastry with jam and cheese

Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese, add lime juice to them. We put parchment paper on a baking sheet, and one layer cake on top. Next, we lubricate the dough with egg and put the cheese-curd freshly prepared filling on top, and spread jam on top with a thin layer. Close the second cake, then put the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You should carefully connect the edges of the cakes. Cut out a round piece of dough in the center of the upper cake so that the filling opens, and squeeze the air out from under the upper cake. After that, we make 6-8 not very deep wave-like incisions directed from the center to the edges. Mix the cream with the beaten egg and spread the pie on top. Next, we put the pie in an airtight plastic mold and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. The oven must be heated to 230 0C. Bake the pie at this temperature for 15 minutes, after which it is necessary to reduce the temperature to 170 0C and bake for another 30-40 minutes. The food is ready to eat!
Pie with guava and cottage cheese is served warm or chilled, cut into portions. We wish you a pleasant appetite!
