First we prepare cauliflower. To do this, cut off the stems from the peduncle, and cook them for five minutes in salted water. Drain the water and put it in a baking dish, greased with oil. We also add finely chopped green peppers and champignons (or any other mushrooms).

In a small saucepan over low heat, bring the cream to a boil. And then slowly fall asleep grated cheese, stirring constantly. When the cheese melts, remove from the heat and mix with the oatmeal and whiskey ground into flour.

Add chopped nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the resulting cheese cream over the cabbage. This should be done quickly, otherwise the cream will cool down and thicken. Pour the chopped nuts on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve on the table immediately, garnished with sprigs of greenery.
