Czech cuisine is famous for juicy and sweet desserts. One of these dishes is a nut cake in Czech. I take pre-cooled eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. I grind the yolks with white sugar, add crackers, which I first mix with walnuts. Whisk the whites into a foam and spread on the yolks. Then I gently mix them from top to bottom. I grease a round cake pan with butter and powder it with flour. I heat the oven and put the dough laid out in the mold there.
I check the readiness of the test with a wooden stick. I cut the finished biscuit into 2 cakes and impregnate them with a mass of nuts. I stack the cakes on top of each other, smear cream on top and spread orange slices on the entire surface, except for the center. I fill the middle and sides of the cake with fudge.
I prepare the impregnation for the biscuit as follows: I combine sugar with chopped nuts and milk. I boil the mixture, stirring, until the nuts become soft.
For the cream, I rub the eggs white with sugar, Add wheat and potato flour and ground nuts. I rub the mixture so that there are no large pieces of nuts, and gradually pour in hot milk. I put the container with the cream on a small fire and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Then I cool it and add butter.
For fudge, I mix cocoa with sugar, add water and cook until thickened. I let it cool down a little and add oil.
