Thoroughly grind yeast with flour to fine crumbs, add all other products and mix thoroughly. It is advisable to do this with a mixer, but you can try very hard and do everything with your hands :) Knead until we have a bun of soft dough. We leave it for 3 hours so that it fits well! Occasionally you can poke it with your fingers.
After three hours, we divide the dough into identical pieces (it is important that they are baked evenly!). Roll out into an oval and roll as follows: pull the ends and wrap 5-6 times to yourself. The horns will be 3 times longer :) Spread on a baking sheet, greased well with oil, cover and set to approach. to a warm place! I put it near the stove, on which I put water on a slow fire to boil.
Before sending to the oven, we carefully lubricate the egg with diluted water. Bake yeast bagels for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar. Done!!
