This simple American sandwich conquered the whole planet, reached our country. Already, hamburgers are being sold at every turn, and queues are forming behind them in droves. Everyone knows that they are harmful and, perhaps, even stale! But they eat. Let's make a closed American sandwich ourselves. And we will be sure of what we eat and what we feed our family :)
So, to make buns, mix flour, sugar, milk powder, yeast and butter. Knead until smooth and elastic. Put it in a warm place, covered with a towel. Let him lie down for at least half an hour.
