oatmeal cookies with seeds and dried fruits

Fantastic cookies that will surpass cereal nerds. I have adored the taste of oatmeal cookies since childhood. I want to share a very simple recipe for oatmeal cookies with dried fruits. The cookies turn out to be amazingly delicious, they are soft inside, and crispy on top. The cooking time takes quite a bit, and in order to eat it, you need about the same amount of time. In my family, everyone eats such cookies for both cheeks, even my husband, who can't stand oatmeal.

This food is also suitable for those who watch their figure, since there is very little flour here.
First you need to melt the butter in a frying pan, pour oat flakes and seeds into it, fry until golden brown. Then put everything in a deep container, add sugar, flour, nuts and dried fruits (you can also put candied fruits), mix. Next, beat the eggs and combine with the main mass. Stir everything well and leave for 10 minutes. During this time, the sugar will melt a little and glue it all together.
Then wet your hands and make small cakes, or you can make big ones – who likes what. Put the cookies on parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, 15 minutes - until a beautiful golden color.
And now you can enjoy your creation!
