And cooking them is really simple: finely chopped sausage. Sausage can be any: boiled, smoked, and other meat products, such as ham or carbonate, are suitable. Then with a blender, in order not to cry, chop the onion, if there is no blender, then you will have to chop finely with your hands.
Using the same blender, we grind any hard cheese for our sandwiches or grate it on a medium grater. We put all the prepared products in a saucepan or a deep bowl, break one raw egg there, add black pepper and other spices to taste. I really like the mixture of Provencal herbs, it gives the sandwiches a unique piquant shade. Mix well and then add the canned green peas, pre-draining the liquid and mayonnaise. Gently stir so as not to crumple the peas.

We cut bread or loaf into sandwiches, spread a little butter on each piece, you can do without it, especially if the bread is fresh. On top, without being greedy, we spread the prepared mixture.

We lay out our sandwiches on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated 180C oven under the grill. As soon as they turn brown, we take them out and spread them beautifully on a dish. It usually takes 15-20 minutes to cook.

Pour your favorite coffee or tea and get down to breakfast, dinner. Bon appetit!
