1.Defrost the chicken fillet, rinse with clean water and blot with a paper towel. Cut the meat lengthwise into strips and put it in a bowl. If desired, you can cook a whole fillet or steamed. And if you pre-cut it, you will get small portions that are convenient to serve with a side dish.
2.Sprinkle salt on the meat and mix with your hands. Then add a special seasoning and mix again.
3. Peel the garlic from the skin, rinse the cloves under water. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add it to the meat. Mix the products, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
4.After the specified time, pour clean water into the multivark container. Install a special grill for steaming on the bowl. Arrange the pickled meat on the grill.
5.Turn on the "Steaming" program and select a time of 30 minutes. If you add hot water, the program will turn on faster. But even cool water heats up for approximately 5 minutes. If there is no slow cooker, then you can cook meat in an iron colander. It should be put on a pot of water and covered with a lid. Simple design and the chicken is cooked quickly.

Steamed chicken meat is delicious both hot and cold. You can prepare a side dish of rice, spaghetti for chicken or serve it simply with a vegetable salad. Especially well combined with chicken meat salad of young cabbage, seasoned with sour cream.
