A very simple waffle recipe. In my family, we have been cooking these for 20 years, the recipe came from my grandmother. These  thin waffles we baked in a Soviet waffle iron. She's still working for us. Sometimes we do not make tubes in it, but multi-layered round waffles like cakes with layers of cream. And it's very good to serve ice cream in tubes. Only you need to fold them for this in the form of bags.

In general, first you need to properly grind margarine with sugar. Table margarine should be taken in order to make the waffles crispy. It is believed that he is most suitable for this.

Then we drive one egg into the mass, mix and add flour.

Knead the dough, which should turn out to be moderately liquid, but not so that it flows out of the waffle iron.

As I said, waffles are thin. Especially if the flaps of the waffle iron are pressed against each other. Well, try not to pour a lot of dough at once.

Waffles need to be rolled up in a single view, because then it will be impossible to roll them up. We'll just have to break it.
