It should be beaten for no more than a minute. After that, it is necessary to pour flour, baking soda slaked with vinegar, mix thoroughly. Flour needs such an amount that the dough is like pancakes (not quite liquid), bake and roll the tubes while the waffles are still hot. Fill with jam to your taste. Put it to cool down.
