Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Beat eggs with sugar. Add cocoa powder to this mixture, mix.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add flour, starch (if any), baking powder to the chocolate mixture. Mix (you can use a mixer, and faster with it).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add vegetable oil and milk to the resulting rather thick dough. Mix well. Pour our dough into a form greased with butter and send it to the microwave for 3.5-4 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

While the biscuit is rising in the microwave, we make syrup for impregnation: boil water and pour sugar into boiling water. Boil the water further, stirring the sugar (I added 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar for the taste). When the sugar is completely dissolved, turn off the burner and let the syrup cool down a little. To make the syrup more piquant, you can add 2-3 tsp of rum or cognac to it (here you can taste it as you like).

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

After 3-4 minutes we get such a wonderful biscuit. Let it cool down a little and put it out of the mold on a dish. It's pretty small, but I cut it in half anyway. Soaked well with warm syrup and made a layer of jam.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

The final stage. Beat sour cream with sugar and pour our cake. I had a layer of strawberry jam, so I decorated my cake with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips (but this is at your discretion). The combination of syrup and lingonberry jam in this cake is also delicious: it's kind of sweet and sweet, but at the same time it's very light sour, it turns out great!

Cake Minute is ready. Bon appetit!
