The cherry is almost fresh, not limp and juicy, but the dough.... Air. Wow, how it turned out! Such a work is obtained only in a slow cooker, unfortunately, the oven is not capable of such a masterpiece. The heating goes differently and the cherry goes limp, the cake becomes wet. The main difficulty in making cherry pie is to remove the bones, I blame 400 grams (without seeds), but I think you can do more. The juice must be decanted, otherwise there is a risk of getting a wet pie. The dough is made easily, with a mixer, the main thing is to follow the sequence.
