Fragrant and tender curd cheesecakes, quickly cooked. Cheese cakes made of cottage cheese in a slow cooker are well fried and do not burn. For the preparation of cheesecakes, it is better to use dry cottage cheese, preferably homemade. Instead of raisins, you can add other dried fruits, for example, dried apricots. It is better to fry cheesecakes in batches, for example, 3-4 pieces. Then it's easier to turn them over with a spatula. Curd cheesecakes can be served with cherry jam or boiled condensed milk.

4. Add the sifted flour and salt, mix the curd mass until smooth.
5. Pour the raisins to taste and mix.
