Shortbread pie in a slow cooker

Cake for home holidays - with juicy fruits and delicate cream. Summer has already come, the berry picking season begins, and I have a pack of strawberries in the freezer - I need to cook a pie urgently! To arrange a holiday at home, as always, a slow cooker helped me. Its advantages are estimated even higher in the summer. How hard it is to bake pies in the heat! The temperature outside is high, the oven is hot, I don't want to conjure in the kitchen under such conditions. With a slow cooker, it's quite another matter, I downloaded the products, set up the program and do your own thing, even if you sit under the fan, the slow cooker will do everything by itself. Everything will bake and not burn. Shortbread pies also turn out great. Sweet, with berries, can be made with fresh berries, you can with fruit, or jam. The cream gives a delicate taste to this pie, it should not be ignored and it turns out perfectly in a slow cooker. We can say that the holiday for the family was a success, we sat on the veranda, drank tea, talked...
