To prepare ketchup in a slow cooker, first prepare vegetables and fruits: wash them, peel the apple and remove the core, cut out the stems of tomatoes and peppers. Cut everything into medium-sized cubes.

Peel the onion and finely chop it, add it to the apple-tomato mixture. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and spices in the same place, mix. Now put the future ketchup to cook in a slow cooker for an hour, turning on the "Stewing" mode.

After an hour, drain the broth, leaving quite a bit, and chop the vegetables with a blender. Add starch, mix well.

Now you can put the ketchup in jars and, after waiting for it to cool down, put it in the refrigerator for storage. Homemade sauce is ready!
