Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Rice is washed several times until the water becomes transparent, then boiled in slightly salted water until ready. Drain the liquid, throw the cereal into a colander, rinse with cold water.

2. Peel the onion, finely chop it. Rinse the dill, chop it with a knife. Carrots are cleaned, washed and grated. Cut the Peking cabbage as small as possible.

3. Salt and pepper the minced meat, break the egg and mix everything. Now add the prepared ingredients: boiled rice, grated carrots, chopped greens, Peking cabbage and onions. Mix everything thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

4. We form small oval-shaped cabbage rolls (1 cabbage = 1 tablespoon of minced meat), put them on a steam strainer.

5. Pour a little water (about 400 ml) into the bowl of the slow cooker, install a strainer with cabbage rolls, select the Steam program and the cooking time is 30 minutes.

We serve cabbage rolls hot, garnished with sprigs of dill.

As a side dish, you can serve a salad of fresh vegetables, as well as enrich cabbage rolls with your favorite sauce.

Bon appetit!
