Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water at room temperature.
2. Drain the water, grind in a blender.
3. Also chop the onion and garlic.
4. Mix all the ingredients, adding salt and spices.
5. Fry falafel with the addition of a large amount of oil in a slow cooker on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.
