Semolina porridge for a child in a slow cooker with milk

An amazing way to cook delicious porridge! Semolina porridge is the number one dish for children. But if it turns out with lumps, it loses its appetizing appearance and becomes unattractive. My sister taught me how to cook just super-semolina in a slow cooker - I use her recipe with pleasure and share it with you.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

I have one son, so I indicated the number of ingredients per serving. If you need more, we multiply everything by 2, by 3, or by as much as required.

So:

- pour the milk into the bowl of the slow cooker;

- select the program "Steam" (or "Steaming") and bring the milk to a boil with the lid open;

- put a pinch of salt, sugar in boiling milk, pour semolina and add butter;

- using a whisk, mix everything thoroughly, close the lid;

- cook semolina for 10-15 minutes.

Treat the kids!

Bon appetit!
