A quick pie in a slow cooker with honey

Golden, lush and very cozy cake for tea or coffee! This pie is almost my first baking. I myself did not believe that I could do something, but it turned out, which I am very, very happy about! Now I will become bolder and bake more often) My grandmother gave me the recipe for honey cake - she bakes it in the oven, and I tried to bake it in a slow cooker. Very fast - baking takes most of the cooking time (without my participation), and the dough is kneaded in two counts!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

The dough is kneaded in three counts - quickly and simply:

- break the eggs into a bowl and beat a little with a mixer;

- pour in honey (it should be liquid, if you have thick, melt it), stir;

- pour in vegetable oil, add sour cream and soda;

- sift the flour and beat the dough with a mixer.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Bake the pie using the "Baking" program for 60 minutes.

We extract the pie from the slow cooker using a basket for steam. Wait until the pastry cools down a little, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and you can taste it!

Boil the kettle and brew tea - it will be delicious!
