Hearty meatballs are the best thing to cook for lunch! Today I will cook pork meatballs for lunch, I invite those who want to join and we will cook together! To do this, I will use ready-made minced meat to shorten the preparation time. You can also cook minced meat yourself from pork :)

Wash the rice, put it in a saucepan, pour cold water and boil until ready.

Peel the onion, finely chop it, fry it in sunflower oil.

Put the minced meat, boiled rice, fried onions in a bowl. Here we also break the egg, add salt and pepper, mix the resulting mass and form meatballs of the desired size and shape from it.

We put them in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour a little water (200 ml will be enough), select the "Quenching" program and set the cooking time to 40 minutes.

Serve hot on the table, adding your favorite side dish.
